Insurance and Player Registration
1.1 Insurance-Membership fees for the players and officials are due to AMRHA (Alberta Major/Minor Roller Hockey Association) by the third Wednesday in May
1.2 Any player or official who has already paid for Insurance-Membership for the season either directly or indirectly to Roller Hockey Canada will not charged
2.0 Rules of Registration for AB Pro Roller Hockey League
2.1 The executive of ABPRHL will appoint a registrar who will chair the registration standing committee and report directly to the board of directors for ABPRHL.
2.2 The registrar can appoint members to the registration standing committee to assist in handling the day to day activities concerning registrations and other duties that the board of directors, these directives, by-laws or rules may confer upon the registrar.
2.3 ABPRHL reserves the right to refuse registration of any individual
3.0 Registration of Teams
3.1 All ABPRHL teams must enter a minimum of fourteen (14) and no more than twenty-four (24) players.
3.2 The coach and the manager shall be responsible for ensuring all players on their team satisfies the registration rules to play for that team. Disciplinary action will be taken against team officials and/ or ineligible players for not properly ensuring that all players on their team satisfy the registration rules.
3.3 All teams within the jurisdiction of the ABPRHL must register in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations as established by the registration standing committee.
4.0 Residential Requirements and General Registration Rules
4.1 There are no boundary restrictions for clubs within AB Pro Roller Hockey League.
4.2 No player shall participate in any game or practice before that player is registered with ABPRHL or under an Roller Hockey Canada recognized member
6.0 Team Rosters and Affiliates
6.1 No Affiliate players will be allowed after June 10th each season.
a) 24 player Team rosters are to be set by June 10th.
b) Affiliated players not on the team roster are eligible to play up to the June 10th deadline.
c) Emergency Goalie affiliation does not count against your roster and is allowed after June 10th.
6.2 Players are only eligible to play in the league if they turn 18 as of January 1st for the upcoming season
6.3 Clubs will be allowed to carry up to three underage players on their roster. Underage players must be 17 as of January 1st of the upcoming season year
